Signature Aftercare Ltd provides structured supported accommodation for young people aged 16–18, working alongside Local Authorities, housing associations and partner organisations. Our services are described on this website for information purposes only.
The information on this website does not constitute a binding offer of services. All placements are subject to individual assessment, availability and agreement.
4. Making a Referral
Referrals submitted via our website referral form are received for assessment purposes only. Submission of a referral form does not guarantee a placement or constitute a binding contract between the referring party and Signature Aftercare Ltd.
We will endeavour to respond to all referral enquiries promptly. Formal placement agreements will be entered into separately.
