At Signature Aftercare we are able to offer a safe and stable environment in high standard accommodation, we can demonstrate a proven track record in offering the highest quality of support services across all areas of independent living and to provide ease of access to all external services that are able to offer wrap around support to meet the individual needs of young people.

Who We Are

Signature Aftercare could help develop services that would purely focus on the outcomes for young people and to enhance the previous model of support by exploring new innovative and creative ways of delivering high quality services for young people that will be embarking on their journey into independence.

What We Offer

We offer two varied support packages to cater for the specific needs of the young people, this includes Group Living and floating support.

Outcomes

Signature Aftercare place great focus on teaching all the young people we support, the skills and knowledge that they will need once they move on to independence, this is met by using our independent living skills programme, which can be tailored to the individual depending on their level of need and understanding. We also take pride in our young person's transitioning plan, in which the individual young person will have as much input as possible to ensure that when they move on it is in line with their thoughts, wishes and feelings.
